Notice of transaction

Anders Thingbø, CEO of Zaptec AS (ZAP) has on may 18th 2021 sold 162.353 shares owned privately to his wholly-owned company KOG Invest AS. The existing lock-up agreement for the respective shares is transferred to KOG Invest AS. Following this transaction, Anders Thingbø through his wholly-owned company own a total of 2,405.000 shares in Zaptec AS.
