Zaptec AS has now implemented a share capital increase which was approved on 19 February 2021. The share capital increase was registered in Brønnøysund on 24 March, and the new total share capital is after this NOK 470,685.4875 divided into 75,309,678 shares and votes after the capital increase of 300,000 new shares and votes.
