Quartal 2001 Die ATOSS Software AG, München, führender Anbieter von E-Business Lösungen im Bereich Staff Efficiency Management (SEM), hat im ersten Quartal des laufenden Geschäftsjahres die hohen Wachstumsraten der Vorquartale weiter fortgeschrieben und bereits im ersten Quartal einen positiven Periodenüberschuss erzielt. Insgesamt hat ATOSS den Umsatz von Januar bis März 2001 gegenüber dem Vorjahreszeitraum um 30% auf 11,1 Mio. DM (Q1 2000: 8,5 Mio. DM) gesteigert. Das Ergebnis nach Steuern beträgt 0,1 Mio. DM, nach -1,0 Mio. DM im ersten Quartal 2000. Das Vorsteuerergebnis beläuft sich auf 0,2 Mio. DM (Q1 2000: -2,0 Mio. DM). Besonders erfreulich entwickelte sich erneut das Geschäftsfeld der Softwarelizenzen im Bereich Staff Efficiency Management (SEM) mit einem Umsatzanstieg um 91% auf 4,4 Mio. DM gegenüber 2,3 Mio. DM im ersten Quartal 2000. Weiterhin wird ATOSS von namhaften Bestandskunden, einem guten Neukundengeschäft insbesondere im Gesundheitssektor aber auch einem wachsenden Partnergeschäft profitieren. ATOSS hat insoweit durch den Abschluss einer neuen Kooperationen mit KPMG Consulting einen weiteren Grundstein für das langfristige Wachstum und den Ausbau seiner Marktposition gelegt. Für das zweite Quartal erwartet ATOSS weiterhin eine positive Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung, wenn auch nicht auf dem hohen Niveau des ersten Quartals. Für das laufende Geschäftsjahr geht die Gesellschaft von einem Umsatzwachstum in Höhe von 21% auf rund 51 Mio. DM aus und erwartet ein Ergebnis der operativen Geschäftstätigkeit von ca. 4,1 Mio. DM. Altogether, the leading vendor of e- business solutions in the Staff Efficiency Management (SEM) field increased sales to DM 11.1 m between January and March 2001, attaining a 30 percent increase over the DM 8.5 m generated during the same period of the previous year. Earnings after tax are reported at DM 0.1 m as compared to a deficit of DM 1 m in the first quarter of 2000, and earnings before tax add up to DM 0.2 in comparison to minus DM 2 m in the first quarter of 2000. The business area concerned with Staff Efficiency Management (SEM) software licenses again showed particularly satisfactory development, increasing by 91 percent in sales to DM 4.4 m as compared to DM 2.3 m in the first quarter of 2000. ATOSS will continue to profit from existing blue chip customers, promising business with new customers in the health sector, and growing business with partner firms. A new cooperation deal has also been signed with KPMG Consulting, laying the foundation stone for long-term growth and consolidation of ATOSS’market position. ATOSS reckons with continued positive development of sales and earnings in the second quarter, but not at the same high levels of the first. In the current financial year, sales are expected to grow by about 21 percent to approx. DM 51 m, and results from operating activities are projected to reach approx. DM 4.1 m.
