ATOSS awarded major software order by EDEKA

The customer is EDEKA Minden-Hannover Holding GmbH. With this volume order now on the books, ATOSS will be once again realizing a very significant assignment in the wholesaler/retail sector. This milestone impressively underlines the company’s strong position as a full-range provider offering solutions for all corporate sizes, branches and utilization scenarios. Only one year ago, ATOSS had received an order of similar significance in the wholesale/retail segment through its subsidiary ATOSS CSD Software GmbH. Once the implementation phase is concluded, EDEKA Minden-Hannover Holding GmbH will be leveraging ATOSS solutions to centrally steer and control personnel deployment planning and working hours management of some 30,000 members of staff. The solutions will be operational in the wholesale and retail areas, as well as at manufacturing locations and company administration. Following last year’s decentral deployment of ATOSS solutions at a large retail group, this installation that will be managing the central planning and steering of personnel deployment marks the realization of a second key order, thereby positioning ATOSS favorably as a solution provider covering a wide range of company requirements in the wholesale/retail area. Outlook on the ongoing quarter remains positive The EDEKA order will fully contribute to the sales and earnings of the software license division. This order will also be contributing to the performance of other company divisions as of the third quarter of 2004.
