Record final result for 2006, dividend proposed
Munich, 30.01.2007- ATOSS Software AG achieved record results for its
financial year 2006. Provisional figures show sales up 8% to EUR 22
million. After adjustment for income associated with the disposal of the
software product AENEIS at the beginning of the 2006 financial year, the
increase amounted to a hefty 10 %. All of the key figures for the year
developed along above-average lines. The company more than quadrupled its
earnings from ordinary business activities (EBIT) which increased from 0.6
to 2.8 million. Earnings per share also rose strongly to stand at EUR 0.48
(previous year EUR 0.12), exceeding both the company’s latest forecast (EUR
0.45) and analysts’ estimates (EUR 0.42).
At the general meeting on April 26, 2007, the company management will
therefore recommend a dividend of EUR 0.24 per dividend-bearing share.
Against the background of the company’s long-term dividend policy which
foresees disbursements in the order of 30 to 50 % of profit per share, this
recommendation is at the top end of the dividend scale.
