ATOSS once again proposes an increased dividend

Munich, February 23, 2010 - At today's meeting to adopt the annual
accounts, the Supervisory Board and Management Board of ATOSS Software AG
agreed to invite the AGM on April 30 to approve a further 14% increase,
raising the dividend from EUR 0.44 to EUR 0.50. This represents a dividend
yield of around 4%.  And at a dividend rate of 50% of the earnings per
share, shareholders will once again benefit from a substantial stake in the
company's success.
