Schramberg, May 25, 2011 – Schweizer Electronic AG today announced the foundation of Schweizer Energy Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore. The foundation of this entity, a 100% daughter company of Schweizer Electronic AG, is part of the already communicated company strategy, focussing on the growth region Asia as a supplement to Europe and on the area of renewable energy. The newly created division Energy constitutes a complimentary expansion of the existing divisions PCB and Tracing. 'With Singapore, the economic hub for Asia, we have chosen an ideal location for exploiting the Asian markets', says Dr. Marc Schweizer, CEO of Schweizer Electronic AG and now also President of Schweizer Energy Pte.
