Similarly, the voting rights of Willis Lux Holdings 2 S.à r.l. in liquidation are attributed to Deutsche Telekom AG pursuant to Section 22(2) WpHG. Due to such mutual attribution of voting rights, no separate notification by Deutsche Telekom AG is required.
