10. Other explanatory remarks:

The notification was triggered as a result of a disposal of shares with voting rights which resulted in Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc’s and Morgan Stanley Europe SE’s combined holding dropping below 5%. As a result, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Morgan Stanley Europe SE have applied the trading book exemption to their remaining combined holding of 4.96% as of 6th May 2019.
