Ottenberg, steps down
[Essen, 20 June 2013] Dr Karsten Ottenberg, Chairman of the Supervisory
Board at secunet Security Networks AG - a leading German provider of
sophisticated IT security and IT security partner to the Federal Republic
of Germany - has resigned from his role as Chairman of the Supervisory
Board and his seat on the Supervisory Board at secunet Security Networks AG
with effect from 19 July 2013. Dr Ottenberg's resignation follows his
withdrawal from the Management Board at majority shareholder Giesecke &
Devrient GmbH on 30 June 2013.
