On September 27, 2013, Mr Mark Wheeler, Canada has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on SFC
Energy AG, Brunnthal, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on September 06, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.94% (this
corresponds to 316087 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.59% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 288057 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wheeler from 1752748 Alberta Ltd..
