21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its percentage holding of the voting rights
in Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007236101, WKN: 723610, exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights
on May 04, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.20% (this corresponds to
29,221,858 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.20% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
29,221,858 voting rights) are to be attributed to the company.
