Share buyback - 39th Interim Reporting
In the time period from 02 February 2015 until and including 08 February
2015, a number of 317,656 shares were bought back within the framework of
the share buyback of Siemens Aktiengesellschaft. Siemens Aktiengesellschaft
disclosed pursuant to art. 4 para. 2 of the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003,
on 12 May 2014, the begin of the share buyback on 12 May 2014 and, on 29
January 2015, the continuation of the share buyback on 29 January 2015
based on the authorizations resolved by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on
27 January 2015.
The total number of shares which have been bought back within the framework
of this share buyback in the time period from 12 May 2014 until and
including 08 February 2015 amounts to 21,000,506 shares.
The purchase of the shares of Siemens Aktiengesellschaft is carried out by
a bank that has been commissioned by Siemens Aktiengesellschaft; the shares
are repurchased exclusively on the electronic trading platform of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra).
Information regarding the transactions according to art. 4 para. 3 and 4 of
the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 is published on the website of Siemens
