Kahl, 25.06.2004 – Due to personal reasons, Dr. Reinhard Wollermann-Windgasse,
member of the Executive Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, will resign from the
company effective June 30, 2004 in mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board.
We would like to thank Dr. Wollermann-Windgasse for his achievements in the
company.
