SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Publishes Notice of 2 ^nd Meeting of Noteholders on October 29, 2015

Kahl am Main, October 08, 2015 – The meeting of noteholders of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG on October 8, 2015 for the adoption of resolutions in particular with regards to the appointment and authorization of a joint representative of all noteholders did not constitute a quorum, because the required minimum representation of 50 % of the outstanding notes (Art. 15 Para. 3 Sent. 1 SchVG) was not present. Accordingly, the company invites all bearers of the SINGULUS notes to a second meeting of noteholders and to once again pass resolutions with respect to the presented proposals.

“The resolutions submitted to voting are an important step towards a successful reorganization”, comments Dr. Stefan Rinck, Chief Executive Officer of the company. “We therefore kindly ask all the bearers of the notes to participate in the meeting and to make use of their voting rights. It is possible to be represented by a representative or alternatively to authorize a proxy representative of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG to cast votes bound by instructions.

The meeting will take place at the Marriott Hotel Frankfurt, Hamburger Allee 2, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Platinum Ball Room 1 on October 29, 2015 at 11 am (CET).

The invitation will be published shortly in the Federal Gazette.
