Kahl am Main, 29 October 2015 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG had invited the creditors of the EUR 60,000,000.00 7.75 % bearer bonds 2012 / 2017 (ISIN: DE000A1MASJ4 / WKN: A1MASJ) to a second bondholder meeting in Frankfurt am Main on 29 October 2015. The agenda included in particular the appointment and special authorization of the joint representative of all bondholders and the temporary waiver of any termination rights until 31 December 2016. The bondholder meeting elected One Square Advisory Services GmbH as joint representative of all bondholders under the direction of Mr. Frank Günther as proposed by the company. Apart from this decision on agenda item 3, the proposed resolutions of the Company on agenda items 7 and 8 were adopted with the required majority.

However the quorum of 25 % of the outstanding bonds required for the special authorization of the joint representative and for the temporary waiver of any termination rights was not reached; for that reason no resolutions could be passed.

Over the coming weeks the Management Board will coordinate the concept for restructuring the bond with the designated joint representative. The proposals will be presented to the bondholders at a further bondholder meeting and then put to a vote.
