Noteholders’ Meeting of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG on January 18, 2016

– Registrations for meeting amount to 16.6 %

– Company thus expects lack of quorum at the noteholders’ meeting

Kahl am Main, January 16, 2016. After expiration of the registration period the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG announced that the noteholders have registered 16.6 % of the outstanding partial debenture for the noteholders’ meeting held on the coming Monday, January 18, 2016, and that presumably the meeting will therefore not be quorate.

In case of a lack of a quorum, the Executive Board will probably promptly after establishment of the lack of a quorum conclude the meeting and will afterwards briefly present the concept of the balance sheet restructuring on the basis of the invitation to the noteholders’ meeting published on December 29, 2015. The SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG will then in a timely manner give notice of a second noteholders’ meeting, which will probably take place on February 15, 2016. In the course of the second meeting the Executive Board will report on the course of business activities and present the restructuring concept. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES also intends to publish the preliminary financial key figures for the business year 2015 before February 15, 2016.

The SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG kindly asks all bondholders to register for the second noteholders’ meeting in due time once the company has sent out the invitations.
