Disclosure of Insider Information Pursuant to Art. 17 MAR SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES reports preliminary figures for 2019 Kahl am Main, January 31 2020 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) reports preliminary, unaudited financial figures for the 2019 financial year. The sales revenues for 2019 are in a range of approx. € 76.0 to 80.0 million. For operating earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), the company expects a loss in the range of minus € 4.7 to 5.3 million before one-off effects. Added to this is the expense for an individual value adjustment due to the bankruptcy of a large customer in the Solar segment in the amount of € 3.3 million. This leads to total EBIT in a range of minus € 8.0 to € 8.6 million The annual financial statements for 2019 will be published at the annual press conference on March 24, 2020.
