AD HOC NOTIFICATION Allane SE intends to provide the distribution of the main new leasing business currently provided by Hyundai Capital Bank Europe GmbH Garching, 16 January 2026 – Allane SE has completed an initial evaluation phase and intends to provide the distribution of the main new leasing business, which is currently conducted by Hyundai Capital Bank Europe GmbH. The implementation of this measure is still subject to further steps, in particular the approval by the governing bodies of Allane SE and Hyundai Capital Bank Europe GmbH. If the distribution of the main new leasing business is implemented, a significant increase in the number of contracts in the captive business segment is expected within the 2026 fiscal year.
