has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0DJ6J9, WKN: A0DJ6J , have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 15, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 1049035 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.02% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
