according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG, Heidelberg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 23, 2013
and on that day amounted to 5,13% (this corresponds to 63982 Voting
Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG,
5,13% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 63982 Voting Rights) is to
be attributed to the company from Fidelity Funds SICAV.
On January 25, 2013, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG,
Heidelberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on January 23, 2013 and on that day amounted to 5,13% (this
corresponds to 63982 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5,13% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 63982 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from Fidelity

January 23, 2013, and on that day amounted to 5.13% (this corresponds to
