according to article 21 section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on Software AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400,
have reached the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 01, 2007 (this
corresponds to 853855 Voting Rights).
According to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG, 3.00% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 853855
voting rights) is to be attributed to the company.
