On November 20, 2013, Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway,
Oslo, Norwegen has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Software AG, Darmstadt,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 19, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds to
2681163 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.08% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2681163 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Norges Bank.
