announcement dated 21 June 2007 in accordance with Section 21 par. 1 WpHG
that its share of the voting rights in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, 20539
Hamburg, Germany, on 15 June 2007 exceeded the thresholds of 3 %, 5 % and
10 % and subsequently amounts to 10,00045 % (this corresponds to 3,715,600
voting rights).
M.U.S.T. Privatstiftung, 1010 Vienna, Austria, has informed us in its
announcement dated 21 June 2007 in accordance with Section 21 par. 1 in
connection with Section 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG that the share of
the voting rights of A-TEC Industries AG, 1010 Vienna, Austria, in
Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, 20539 Hamburg, Germany, on 15 June 2007 exceeded
the thresholds of 3 %, 5 % and 10 % and subsequently amounts to 10.00045 %
(this corresponds to 3,715,600 voting rights). These voting rights are to
be fully
attributed to M.U.S.T. Privatstiftung pursuant to Section 22 par. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
