rights on December 14, 2007, and now amounts to 4.20% (corresponding to
1,716,426 shares).
Morgan Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company, Delaware, USA, has informed
us that its voting interest in Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg,
Germany, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650 has exceeded the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights on December 14, 2007, and now amounts to 4.20%
(corresponding to 1,716,426 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares. The voting rights are attributed to Morgan
Stanley The Corporation Trust Company, Delaware, USA, pursuant to Section
22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trade Act (WpHG).
