On 23 December 2009 BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us
according to §§ 21, 24 WpHG that BlackRock, Inc., fell below the 5 %
threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 17 December 2009, and at that time held
4.98 % of the voting rights (i.e. 2,033,845 shares with voting rights) in
Aurubis AG.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc., pursuant to §
22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent 2 WpHG.
On 05 January 2010 BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, has
informed us according to §§ 21, 24 WpHG that BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., fell below the 5 % threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 17
December 2009, and at that time held 4.98 % of the voting rights (i.e.
2,033,845 shares with voting rights) in Aurubis AG.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial
Management., Inc., pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection
with § 22 para. 1 sent 2 WpHG.
On 05 January 2010 BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., New York, USA, has informed us
according to §§ 21, 24 WpHG that BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., fell below the 5
% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 17 December 2009, and at that time held
4.98% of the voting rights (i.e. 2,033,845 shares with voting rights) in
Aurubis AG.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.,
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with § 22 para. 1
sent 2 WpHG.
