Reference is made to the decision by the Stock Exchange
Appeals Committee of 18 November 2014 to uphold the
resolution passed by Oslo Børs on 24 September 2014 on the
delisting of the shares of Transeuro Energy Corp from Oslo
Axess pursuant to section 25 (1) of the Stock Exchange Act.
The last day of listing will be today, 20 November 2014.
