according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 05, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 0.53% (this corresponds to 314891 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.18% of
