On September 24, 2013, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo,
Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights on STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on September 23, 2013
and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 1802792 voting
rights).
On September 24, 2013, Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of
Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad
Vilbel, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on
September 23, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to
1802792 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
the voting rights (this corresponds to 1802792 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Norges Bank.
