WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad
Vilbel, Deutschland, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % on March 3,
2014, and amounts to 2,959 % (1788688 voting rights) as per this date. Of
these voting rights 2,905 % (1756197 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Gryphon International Investment Corporation, Toronto/Ontario, Canada,
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Pursuant to section
22 para. 2 WpHG 0,054 % (32491 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Gryphon International Investment Corporation, Toronto/Ontario, Canada.
