Deutsche Bank AG submitted a notification of voting rights pursuant to Sec
21. Para 1 WpHG going above the initial 5 % threshold on 28 April 2015.
Upon correspondence with BaFin in respect to the number of outstanding
shares being incorrect, Deutsche Bank AG have now investigated further and
remain below the initial threshold, which will require the notification of
28 April 2015 to be retracted.
