Annual general shareholder meeting of STRATEC approves increased dividend
Birkenfeld, May 26, 2008
The annual general shareholder meeting held on Wednesday, 21 May 2008
approved all of the agenda items with a large majority.
For the 2007 fiscal year, shareholders will receive a dividend of EUR 0.22
per share (previous year: EUR 0.15). This is a 47% increase over the
previous year's dividend.
Further, the annual general meeting of shareholders approved the company’s
authorization to repurchase treasury shares as well as the authorization to
use equity derivatives in connection with the acquisition of treasury
shares.
