FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG on 8 December 2009, that on 3 December 2009 the share of voting rights
in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001
crossed above the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of voting rights
on that day amounted to 5.01% (573,792 voting rights).
All voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG.
2nd voting rights anouncement

WpHG on 10 December 2009, that on 8 December 2009 the share of voting
rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001 fell below the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 4.97% (568,592 voting rights).
All voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG were attributed to FIL
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG.
3rd voting rights anouncement
FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, UK, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on 8 December 2009, that on 3 December 2009
the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 crossed above the threshold of 5% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 5.01% (573,792 votings
rights).
Of this amount, 0.16% (18,280 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and 4.85% (555,512 voting rights) is to
be attributed pursuant section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to FIL Investment Management Limited
inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or
more of the voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG.

pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on 10 December 2009, that on 8 December
2009 the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG,
Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 fell below the threshold of 5% and
that the percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 4.97% (568,592
votings rights).
Of this amount, 0.11% (13,080 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and 4.85% (555,512 voting rights) is to
be attributed pursuant section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
