Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, London, UK, has notified us pursuant to
§ 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 15 December 2009, that on 11 December 2009 the share of
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, went below the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 4.848% (554,837 shares). These voting
rights are directly held by Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, UK, has notified us
pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 15 December 2009, that on 11 December 2009
the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001, went below the threshold of 5% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 4.848% (554,837
shares). Pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG, these voting rights
are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited, London, UK. These voting rights are directly held by Threadneedle
Investment Funds ICVC.
2nd voting rights anouncement
Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, London, UK, has notified us pursuant
to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 17 December 2009, that on 15 December 2009 the share
of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany,
ISIN: DE0007289001, went below the threshold of 5% and that the percentage
of voting rights on that day amounted to 4.961% (567,788 shares). These
voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Asset Management
Limited, London, UK. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG. These
voting rights are held directly by Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC and
other Funds.
