WpHG on 3 June 2010, that on 31 May 2010 the share of voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001
crossed above the threshold of 3% and that the percentage of voting rights
on that day amounted to 4.46% (510,250 voting rights).
Of this amount, 0.07% (8,380 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 4.38%
(501,870 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to FIL Limited inter alia from Fidelity
Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG.

Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 crossed above the threshold of 3% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 4.46% (510,250 votings
rights).

DE0007289001 crossed above the threshold of 3% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 4.26% (488,200 voting rights).
