§ 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 13 October 2010, that on 7 October 2010 the share of
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, went below the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 4.99% (573,224 shares). These voting
rights are directly held by Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.
2nd voting rights anouncement
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, UK, has notified us
pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 13 October 2010, that on 7 October 2010 the
share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001, went below the threshold of 5% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 4.99% (573,224 shares).
Pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG, these voting rights are in
their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Investment Services Limited,
