On 6 October 2014 Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London,
UK, notified us of the retraction of their voting rights notification
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG dated 25 October 2013 as, in contrast to
the information contained in the original notification, the entity did not
fall below the 5% threshold.

On 6 October 2014 Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, London, UK,
notified us of the retraction of their voting rights notification pursuant
