in Südzucker AG exceeded the 3 % voting rights threshold on 08 February
2010 and amounted to 3,02 % that day (this corresponds to 5,714,842 voting
rights). These 3,02 % (5,714,842) voting rights are to be attributed
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection
with Sentence 2 WpHG.
The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA,
in Südzucker AG exceeded the 3 % voting rights threshold on 08 February
2010 and amounted to 3,02 % that day (this corresponds to 5,714,842 voting
rights). These 3,02 % (5,714,842) voting rights are to be attributed
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection
with Sentence 2 WpHG.

exceeded the 3 % voting rights threshold on 08 February 2010 and amounted
