Buttenwiesen-Pfaffenhofen, 86647, Germany went above the threshold of 3% of
the total voting stocks of the company.
The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC in
Surteco AG at 11 April 2007 amounted to 3,042 % (336,890 shares).These
voting rights are held by subfunds of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.
