Delta Lloyd Europees Deelnemingen Fonds NV, Amsterdam, The Netherlands,
gave notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 11 February
2008 their voting interest in SURTECO SE exceeded the threshold of 3% and
amounts to 3.16% (350,249 voting rights) on this day.
2. Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
Delta Lloyd Asset Management NV, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, gave notice,
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 11 February 2008 their
voting interest in SURTECO SE exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to
3.16% (350,249 voting rights) on this day.
3.16% of the voting rights (350,249 voting rights) are attributed to us in
accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

Europees Deelnemingen Fonds NV.
3. Notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
Aviva plc., London, United Kingdom, gave notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para.
1 of the WpHG, that on 11 February 2008 their voting interest in SURTECO SE
exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.16% (350,249 voting rights)
on this day.
3.16% of the voting rights (350,249 voting rights) are attributed to them
in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection
with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 of the WpHG.
