to 3.91%; this is equal to 664.501 shares.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, gave notice pursuant to § 21 Para. 1 WpHG that
the voting interest held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset
Management B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
on March 5, 2007 exceeded the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 3.91%;
this is equal to 664.501 shares. 3.91% of the voting rights held by Global
Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, directly are attributable
to Global Oppor-tunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, in accordance with § 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.

on March 5, 2007 exceeded the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 3.91%;
this is equal to 664.501 shares. 3.91% of the voting rights held by Global
Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, directly are attributable
to Global Oppor-tunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V., Amsterdam, The
