the voting interest held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset
Management B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
on April 3, 2007 exceeded the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 5.35%;
this is equal to 910.622 shares. 5.35% of the voting rights held by Global
Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, directly are attributable
to Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, in accordance with § 22 Para. 1 Sentenc e 1 No. 6 WpHG.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, gave notice pursuant to § 21 Para. 1 WpHG that
the voting interest held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset
Management B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
on April 3, 2007 exceeded the threshold of 5% and now amounts to 5.35%;
this is equal to 910.622 shares. 5.35% of the voting rights held by Global
Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, directly are attributable
to Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V., Amsterdam, The
