January 2002 In the course of further strengthening IT Services, the Supervisory Board appointed Marco Seiler new Chairman of the Managing Board of syzygy AG. In his previous position as member of the Managing Board as well as founder and Managing Director of the German subsidiary, Mr. Seiler was already responsible for approx. 50% of group sales. The new CEO holds 6.7% of the shares in the enterprise. The previous CEO, Chris Robson, leaves the company. Besides Marco Seiler now holding the position of the Chairman of the Managing Board, the management will continue to comprise Sven-Roger von Schilling (CFO) and Frank Wolfram (CTO). The concentration of all management activities of the holding in Germany will shorten the decision making process and make it more efficient. Marco Seiler will continue to strengthen the market positioning of the syzygy group on basis of his successful management activities. Operating as an internet solutions provider, syzygy will particularly develop its IT Services capabilities. The annual results of the enterprise will be presented within the framework of a press and analyst conference on 26.03.2001.
