The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– syzygy AG increases forecast for financial year 2003: – Positive development continued in Q2 (15% growth in comparison to Q2. 2002) – KEUR 202 EBIT (5.3% EBIT profitability); KEUR 682 net income – Cash/cash equivalents up EUR 1.1m to EUR 60.3m/EUR 5.03 per share – Positive outlook for Q3 2003 – EPS expected in 2003 increased from EUR 0.16 to EUR 0.20 Frankfurt, July 29, 2003 syzygy achieved sales of EUR 3.8m in Q2 2003 (previous year: EUR 3.3m), a rise of 15.4% against Q2 2002. EBIT amounts to KEUR 202 which equals an EBIT profitability of 5.3%. Financial income also has been increased by KEUR 213 up to KEUR 838 so that net income of KEUR 682 was achieved. This is equivalent to EPS of EUR 0.06.
