Software4You Planungssysteme GmbH plant IPO in 2001 München – Die DataDesign AG reduziert ihre 49%ige Beteiligung an der Software4You Planungssysteme AG, Martinsried, auf 9%. Die Anteile der Software4You Planungssysteme AG wurden mit Wirkung zum 28.12.2000 direkt an ein renommiertes Venture Capital Unternehmen umplatziert, das für die weitere Expansion und den geplanten Börsengang zusätzliche vier Millionen Mark bereitstellt. “So sind wir sicher, dass das junge Unternehmen die optimale Unterstützung bei den Vorbereitungen für den geplanten Börsengang im Jahre 2001 erfährt,” kommentiert Roy von der Locht, Vorstandsvorsitzender der DataDesign AG die Transaktion. “Da wir von dem weiteren Erfolg der Software4You Planungssysteme überzeugt sind, behalten wir eine 9-prozentige Minderheitsbeteiligung als zukunftsträchtige Finanzinvestition .” Software4You Planungssysteme ist in Deutschland bereits profitabel, der vor zwei Jahren initiierte Aufbau einer USA-Niederlassung erfordert aber nach wie vor Investitionen. Den Börsengang der Tochter selbst zu begleiten kam für Roy von der Locht aus strategischen Gründen nicht in Frage: “Die DataDesign AG ist gerade auf dem Weg, neue Produkte erfolgreich im internationalen Markt zu positionieren. Dies erfordert eine klare Fokussierung auf unsere Kernkompetenzen.” Allein der Geschäftsbereich E-Contracting mit dem innovativen Produkt NetContracter soll bereits in 2003 über 50% des gesamten Umsatzes der DataDesign AG generieren. E-Contracting beschreibt den sicheren und vor allem rechtsgültigen Vertragsabschluß im Internet und ist somit das eigentliche Rückrat des E-Commerce. Unternehmen nutzen den NetContracter, um im Internet Kontoeröffnungs- oder Kreditanträge abzuwickeln, Versicherungsverträge sowie Handelsverträge über hochwertige Industriegüter und Dienstleistungen abzuschließen. Dieser Markt tritt gerade in die Wachstumsphase ein und bietet ein enormes Potenzial – vergleichbar mit den Wachstumsraten der letzten Jahre in den Bereichen E-Shopping oder E- Banking. Software4You Planungssysteme GmbH plans IPO in 2001 Munich – DataDesign AG reduces its 49% participation in Software4You Planungssysteme AG, Martinsried, to 9%. Effective as of 12/28/2000, the shares of Software4You Planungssysteme AG were directly reallocated to a well-known venture capital company, which provides an additional four million German Marks for the continued expansion and the planned introduction on the stock exchange. “This way, we are sure that the young company receives optimum support in the preparations for the planned introduction on the stock exchange in the year 2001,” commented Roy von der Locht, chairman of the board of directors of DataDesign AG regarding the transaction. “Since we are convinced that Software4You Planungssysteme will continue to be successful, we are keeping a 9 percent minority participation as a promising financial investment.” Software4You Planungssysteme is already profitable in Germany. However, the initiated setup of a branch office in the USA two years ago still requires investments. Personally assisting the introduction of the subsidiary on the stock market was not possible for Roy von der Locht for strategic reasons: “DataDesign AG is just now successfully placing new products on the international market. This requires a clear focus on our core competencies.” The business area of E-Contracting alone with the innovative product “NetContracter” is expected to generate more than 50% of the overall turnover of DataDesign AG in 2003. E-Contracting is the secure and (more important) legally binding conclusion of a contract in the Internet and is therefore the actual backbone of E-Commerce. Companies use NetContracter to carry out account opening or credit applications in the Internet and to conclude insurance agreements and trade agreements for high-quality industrial goods and services. This market is just entering a growth phase and offers enormous potential comparable to the growth rates of the past few years in the areas of E-Shopping or E-Banking. The proceeds from the reduction of the participation of 2.5 million DM will be used for the further international expansion of the Munich-based software company.
