Deutschland, ISIN: DE0001262152, WKN: 126215, have fallen below the 5% and
3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 06, 2008 and now amount to 2.45%
(this corresponds to 152230 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 0.81% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 50000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Gottwald from Omikron Holding GmbH & Co. KG.
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 2.45% of the Voting Rights (this
