Das britische Internet- Unternehmen war im vergangenen Oktober übernommen worden. Anschließend wird der Verlag Deutscher Drucker (Ebner Gruppe) einen 10 prozentigen Anteil übernehmen und zukünftig mit Beiträgen aus der Branche den News-Content für Globalprint bereitstellen. Vorstandsvorsitzender Heinz Harling: “technotrans verfügt über die Stellung innerhalb der Industrie, um Globalprint zu einer einzigartigen Branchenplattform auszubauen. Mit dem Deutschen Drucker haben wir die führende Fachzeitschrift in Europa für eine strategische Partnerschaft gewonnen. Dies sichert Globalprint den entscheidenden Vorsprung.” Geplant ist es, das Angebot von Globalprint um Komponenten wie business-to- business und e-commerce zu erweitern. “Im Rahmen unserer Strategie bewegen wir uns hier in einem rasant wachsenden Markt, – mit glänzenden Perspektiven für Umsatz und Ertrag,” stellt Finanzvorstand Hilmar Welpelo fest. technotrans ist führender Systemanbieter von Anlagen für die Herstellung von Print- und optischen Speicher-Medien.
