Berlin, May 12, 2014. TELES AG Informationstechnologien and a US-based
telecommunications service provider, who has asked not to be named, have
signed an agreement for the sale of products, a development cooperation and
licensing of technologies from the business unit Access Solutions.
In the second quarter a revenue of approx. EUR 1.4 million will be
achieved, TELES will receive a prepayment of approx. EUR 1 million.
