1. On June 18, 2012, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, NY, USA,
informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its share of the
voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, has fallen below the 3% threshold on June 13, 2012. At this
date the share of the voting rights amounts to 2.86% (which equates to
14,706,876 voting rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to
BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1
sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
2. On June 18, 2012, BlackRock International Holdings Inc., Edinburgh, UK,
informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its share of the
voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, has fallen below the 3% threshold on June 13, 2012. At this
date the share of the voting rights amounts to 2.85% (which equates to
14,684,086 voting rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to
BlackRock International Holdings Inc. in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1
sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
3. On June 18, 2012, BR Jersey International Holdings LP, St Helier,
Jersey, UK, informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that its
share of the voting rights in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany,
ISIN DE0007500001, has fallen below the 3% threshold on June 13, 2012. At
this date the share of the voting rights amounts to 2.85% (which equates to
14,684,086 voting rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to BR
Jersey International Holdings LP in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence
1 No. 6 in connection with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
