England, informed us in accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG as follows:
1. The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington,
DE, USA, in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, exceeded the 3% threshold on May 3, 2010. At this date the
share of the voting rights amounts to 3.06% (which equates to 15,728,226
voting rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock
Holdco 2, Inc. in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in
connection with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
2. The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc.,
New York, NY, USA, in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, exceeded the 3% threshold on May 3, 2010. At this date the
share of the voting rights amounts to 3.06% (which equates to 15,728,226
voting rights). All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock
Financial Management, Inc. in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1 No.
6 in connection with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
